The bulk carrier Navis 2 was launched at the Oka Shipyard

On February 28, 2019, the multipurpose bulk carrier Navis-2, built according to the RSD32M project (page 3202), was launched at the Oka Shipyard (Navashino, Nizhny Novgorod Region).

The vessel is designed to transport general and bulk cargo (including grain), packaged lumber, roundwood, scrap metal, metal in bundles and rolls, bulky and heavy cargo, coal, and dangerous goods.

"Navis-2" is the second in a series of eight vessels being built at the shipyard under a leasing scheme for PJSC "GTLK" and "Navis 1" LLC".

Parameters:

The maximum length is about 123 m

Overall width is 16.72 m

The side height is 5.5 m

The draft in the river is 3.6 m

Deadweight: approx. 3.8 thousand tons (with a draft of 3.6 m in fresh water); approx. 5.1 thousand tons (with a draft of 4.2 m
