At the Lotos Shipbuilding Plant (Astrakhan region) A non-self-propelled barge, the site of project 7514, was launched into the water.

Non-self-propelled pad barges are designed for the transportation of general cargo by pushing and towing.
A three-way contract for the construction of two vessels of this project was signed in October last year with MASHPROMLEASING JSC and the Federal State Budgetary Institution Marine Rescue Service.
