LSZ Pella launched the Scorpion trawler

Today, the Leningrad Shipbuilding Plant "Pella" (Otradnoye) launched the medium-sized fishing freezer trawler "Scorpion" — the lead vessel of project 1701, intended for the group of companies "FEST". This is already the second fishing vessel launched this year at the new production site of LSZ "Pella" — in April, the trawler "Andromeda" was launched.

The launch of the trawler "Scorpion" took place as part of the III International Fishery Forum, which is being held these days in St. Petersburg. The delivery of the vessel to the customer is scheduled for the second half of next year.

The trawler is designed for bottom and pelagic fishing, as well as sorting, gutting, and filleting fish.
