In accordance with the permission of Rosmorrechflot dated 09.12.2016 No. 89-RU89506000-NZh-39/41-2016, the constructed root part of the south-eastern ice protection structure within the boundaries of the artificial land plot was put into operation in the seaport of Sabetta.
The root part of the south-eastern ice protection structure includes four sections:
The construction of the root part of the south-eastern ice protection structure was carried out from December 2014 to April 2016 in accordance with the federal target program "Development of the transport system of Russia (2010-2020)" within the framework of the implementation of the project for the construction of federal property facilities of the Sabetta seaport.
The total costs of construction of the facility amounted to almost 10.7 billion rubles of federal budget investments and 9.5 million rubles of the enterprise's own funds.
It is planned to fully complete the construction of the south-eastern ice protection structure of the Sabetta seaport after the completion of the deep-water part, which is scheduled for December 2017. Currently, work is underway on this facility to concretize piles in section I, drive sheet piles and concreting piles in sections 2.1 and 2.2. Work has been fully completed on driving 700 sheet piles and backfilling sand and gravel mixture in the amount of 26.7 thousand m3 in sections I and 2.1 of the deep-water part of the south-eastern ice protection structure.
