The Makhachkala branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport" has received the self-propelled mud barge "Silnaya" with a hold volume of 600 cubic meters.
The barge became the sixth vessel of the dredging fleet of the branch. "Silnaya" is planned to be used in conjunction with the multi-bucket dredger "Dnestr" for carrying out dredging work in the waters of the Makhachkala seaport.
"Silnaya" was built according to the NV-600 project at the Onezhsky Shipyard in December 2018 and is the second barge in a series of four vessels being built on order for Rosmorport. Earlier, the enterprise's fleet was replenished with the barge "Trudovaya".
