RKO continues to monitor the construction of tugboats in Cherepovets from a technical point of view.

Specialists of the North-Western Branch of the Russian Classification Society (RKO) continue to monitor the construction process of a series of tugboats of the TSK project.395M at the Cherepovets Shipyard. Currently, ships numbered 105, 106 and 107 are on the stocks.

The State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) has ordered the construction of five tugboats designed for towing non-self-propelled vessels and floating objects. When designing these tugboats, mainly domestic components were used, as well as a deckhouse to improve visibility.

The main characteristics of the TSK-395M tugboat are: length — 22.55 meters, width — 7.2 meters, side height — 2,845 meters, gross tonnage — 143 tons, engine power — 960 kW.
