The "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant" (KMZ) demonstrated new anchor and mooring equipment at the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2023." The company’s booth featured the anchor-mooring winch "LYASH4-28K2" and the Matrosov anchor, as reported by the correspondent of Sudostroenie.info.
The "LYASH4-28K2" winch, which operates in both left and right rotations, is designed to lift the PDS-14 anchor weighing 855 kg. This model, with an electric drive, is designed for an anchor rope with a diameter of 29 mm. The winch provides a nominal pulling force of 33 kN on the first layer of the drum and 20 kN on the capstan, with a total weight of 1785 kg. It is suitable for use on fishing trawlers and other maritime vessels.
The Matrosov anchor operates based on the Hall anchor principle and features a unique design. Its flukes are closely spaced, and the entire anchor has an aerodynamic shape, allowing it to penetrate the ground more deeply. The Matrosov anchor can be made either as a cast or welded version, enhancing its versatility and reliability.
These innovations from KMZ highlight the company’s commitment to advancing technologies in maritime equipment and its active participation in major events within the military and maritime industries.
