The contract for the construction of two NIS for Rosrybolovstvo will be signed with Nevsky SSZ

A contract for the construction of two medium-tonnage research vessels (NIS) for Rosrybolovstvo for 5.892 billion rubles will be signed with Nevsky Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant (part of USC). This follows from the protocol of summing up the results of the open competition of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography (VNIRO, a subordinate organization of Rosrybolovstvo) published on November 30, 2020.

According to the data of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement, Nevsky SSZ submitted the only application that was found to meet the requirements. At the same time, the contest itself was declared invalid. Based on 44-FZ, the contract will be concluded with a single participant.

It should be recalled that an open tender for the construction of two NIS of the 17050 project was announced by VNIRO on October 25, 2020. The maximum cost of two vessels with a deadline of November 30, 2022 was estimated at 5.892 billion rubles. Initially, applications for participation in the procedure were accepted until November 18, 2020. Then the deadline for submitting applications was extended until November 30, 2020.

The technical design of the NIS 17050 project was prepared by the order of VNIRO by the designers of JSC Pella. According to the website of the Petrobalt Design Bureau, the bureau also participated in the development of the technical project.
