Railside rubber profiles

Railside rubber profiles, noise-absorbing and vibration-isolating fasteners and seals for subway depots, crane and tram tracks. They ensure safe movement of wheeled equipment and protection of infrastructure. 

Profile length — from 500 to 2000 mm, operating temperature range — -50°C to +80°C. For covering crane runways, wear-resistant rubber resistant to ultraviolet radiation and aggressive environments is used. The filler element seals and cushions tunnel joints and engineering structures, protecting them from water, dirt, and vibrations. 

The filler element has the following properties: 

• high elasticity and wear resistance; 
• resistance to moisture, chemicals, and ultraviolet radiation; 
• compensation for thermal and mechanical deformations; 
• reliability under tension, compression, bending, and torsion.
